Our mission is simple – to close the gap between care and career. By partnering with organisations, we establish inclusive pathways and support for care-experienced young people to gain access to work experience, training support, and job opportunities within the targeted industries. The result? Care-experienced young people have the tools and resources to change their lives and accomplish their aspirations.

Work Experience
At FRSH Futures, we connect care-experienced young people with work opportunities to help them gain the skills, confidence, and experience needed to succeed in the workplace. We work with employers to offer well-planned work opportunities like internships and experience weeks that enable individuals to gain exposure to practical learning opportunities, paving the way for long-term careers.
What We Do
- We offer job placements in the Travel, Tourism, Event and Hospitality industries.
- We provide internships and shadowing experiences for exposure and interactive learning opportunities in real-world situations.
- We support individuals in gaining experience through part-time positions and short-term placements to boost their self-esteem, build confidence, and develop essential workplace skills.
